Memphis, Tenn.-based Monogram Foods announced the appointment of only the second CEO in its history, naming Jeff Frank its new CEO, effective Apr. 28, 2025. Frank takes the helm from co-founder and outgoing CEO Karl Schledwitz, who will remain as chairman of the board of directors. Schledwitz has led Monogram since its inception in 2004.
Frank joins the company from Organic Valley, where he served as CEO since 2023. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to the co-manufacturer and private-label processor, which also serves foodservice customers with a wide variety of products. Prior to joining Organic Valley, Frank had a 25-year career with Hormel Foods, holding numerous top roles including president and CEO of MegaMex Foods, a joint venture between Hormel and Herdez del Fuerte.
In just more than 20 years, Monogram Foods has grown to 12 locations across seven states, employing more than 3,500 people. Monogram has produced mostly meat-centric products during its lifetime, including various meat snacks, appetizers, assembled sandwiches, fully cooked and raw bacon, corn dogs, USDA baked goods, and other convenience products.
