Campbell’s Shifts Executives in Snacks Division, Creates Chief Growth Officer Role

April 16, 2025
Two senior executives will move into new positions on the executive team as the president of Snacks for the company departs.

The Campbell’s Co. has shifted two senior executives to new posts as another departs the company’s Snacks division.

Chris Foley, who has served as president of Snacks since 2022, will leave the company after a 25-year career with Campbell’s. He will stay on until July 2025 to assist Elizabeth Duggan, who will become the new president of Snacks effective May 12, 2025. Duggan is currently senior vice president and general manager of Campbell’s Company of Canada.

Duggan joined the company in 2019 as senior vice president, Transformation Office, a role in which she led company strategy and drove company-wide transformation initiatives and business planning. Prior to Campbell’s, Duggan worked for McKinsey & Co. and Home Chef. Mackenzie Davison, currently vice president, Marketing – Canada, will succeed Duggan as president of the Canadian business.

In addition, effective June 2, 2025, Janda Lukin, currently senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Snacks, will become chief growth officer — a newly created role in which she will drive company-wide growth.

Lukin joined Campbell’s in 2016 as vice president, Marketing for Beverages, soon after (2018) being named vice president of marketing for Soup, followed by her appointment to CMO, Snacks, in 2019. Before joining Campbell’s, Lukin spent 14 years with Mondelēz International, where she led the Oreo and Chips Ahoy! business, the team that launched belVita breakfast in the U.S., and was the general manager for global e-commerce.

Duggart and Lukin will each report to Mick Beekhuizen, president and CEO of Campbell’s, and will become corporate officers and members of the Operating Committee.
