Coca-Cola bottler Coca-Cola Beverages Florida LLC (Coke Florida) has promoted Andy Hill to president of the company from chief customer and commercial officer, while Cass Black will join the company to become its chief customer officer.

Black brings more than 30 years of sales and customer management experience in consumer-packaged goods to the role. He most recently worked as chief customer officer for Tate’s Bake Shop and previously served as customer vice president, Mondelez, where he led the strategic transformation of direct-store-delivery (DSD) operating model there.

Black will lead the retail customer management, foodservice and on-premise, and field operations teams at Coke Florida.

Hill, meanwhile, takes the reins after driving changes in commercial strategy and execution across the business in his previous role, according to Troy Taylor, CEO of Coke Florida. He believes Hill will help Coke Florida build upon its success in its first 10 years in business.

Coke Florida is the sixth-largest bottler of Coca-Cola in the U.S.
