Jason Parasco Appointed CEO of Insignia Foods

He replaces Adam Butler at the former Flagship Food Group, maker of Hispanic and Southwestern food products.

Jason Parasco was named CEO of Insignia Foods, owner of a handful of Hispanic and Southwestern food brands. He replaces Adam Butler, who in November 2023 was named CEO of Flagship Food Group, Insignia’s previous name.

Before joining Insignia, Parasco was a senior vice president and head of sales at Sovos Brands, which was acquired by Campbell’s Co. in early 2024, and was chief commercial officer at Fly By Jing, an emerging Asian food brand.

Insignia brands include 505 Southwestern, La Tortilla Factory, Yucatan Guacamole and TJ Farms.
