Refresco Taps Retired Nestlé Americas Leader to Be New CEO
Global beverage provider Refresco has named former Nestlé executive Steve Presley to be its new chief executive officer, effective Aug. 4, 2025.
Presley, who will also join the Rotterdam, Netherlands-based Refresco’s executive board, retired from his post as executive vice president and CEO Zone Americas for Nestlé at the end of April after nearly 30 years at the company. In that role, he oversaw North America and Latin America operations, managing more than 100,000 employees across 24 countries in more than 120 facilities. Prior to that, he had served in various leadership, operations, manufacturing, corporate strategy and finance roles.
Presley began his career with Nestlé in 1997 as factory controller for the beverage division, joining the company after working in various financial roles at The Hershey Co.
In the release shared with Food Processing, Presley said, “By focusing on innovation and adapting to the evolving needs of customers and market demands, I am confident we can further strengthen Refresco’s value proposition and create new opportunities for success.”
