Pabst Brewing Co. has announced two changes to its chief leadership team, appointing a new chief executive officer and new interim chief financial officer as well.

Greig DeBow will be Pabst’s new CEO, effective Aug. 11, 2025, and Michael Levitt will become interim CFO, according to a release from the privately held brewing company. DeBow succeeds Paul Chibe, who has served as CEO since 2021, while Levitt steps in for Tim Tulfur.

DeBow returns to Pabst after having served as the company’s vice president, National Accounts, from 2015 to 2019. He most recently was chief commercial and operating officer at 1st Phorm International, a nutritional supplements and better-for-you snacking company here in the U.S., during which time the company’s retail commercial business more than doubled under his guidance.

Prior to 1st Phorm, DeBow was chief commercial officer at Zevia — and he also brings back to Pabst his prior experience in sales leadership roles at Jack Link’s, Danone, PepsiCo, Red Bull North America and Standard Beverage Corp.

Levitt is a Pabst board member and partner in Blue Ribbon Partners, Pabst’s parent company. He brings more than 30 years in corporate finance and asset management to the role. Pabst’s board of directors will begin a search for a permanent CFO, the release noted.
