Truly Good Foods, a Charlotte, N.C., manufacturer and distributor of nuts and snack mixes, promoted Eric Leonard to president on Sept. 1. Owner Angela Bauer gives up that title but remains CEO.
Leonard joined Truly Good Foods in 2022 as chief financial officer. In 2024, he was promoted to chief strategy officer, where he oversaw sales, marketing, HR, IT, supply chain and finance.
In his new role, Leonard will lead the company’s day-to-day operations while also shaping the company’s long-term vision. Truly Good repackages nuts and snacks, often selling them in bulk, but also has retail brands Henrietta Said, Grabeez and TGF.
