G&S Foods Hires Patricia Zwergel as Chief Financial Officer

She leaves Warrell Corp., where she spent the past six years as president/CEO, to oversee finances at the Pennsylvania salty snacks contract manufacturer.

G&S Foods, a Hanover, Pa., co-manufacturer of snack foods, hired Patricia Zwergel as chief financial officer (CFO). She leaves Warrell Corp., where she started as CFO and spent the past six years as president/CEO.

 

Warrell also was a Pennsylvania co-man, focusing on confections. G&S manufactures salty snacks. G&S Foods was acquired by MAW Acquisitions LP in 2018 and, in 2024, completed construction of a 350,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing facility in Hanover.

Zwergel has more than three decades of executive leadership experience in the manufacturing sector, with experience in financial expertise, operational insight and strategic vision, says her new company.
