Primo Brands Corp., a North American beverage company, has appointed Eric Foss to be its new chairman of the board and chief executive officer, effective immediately, according to a release. Foss takes the reins from Robbert Rietbroek.
Foss has been chairman and CEO of global consumer-focused businesses in the past, and Primo Brands’ release said he is “known for his people-first leadership philosophy, brand-building experience, operational and executional expertise, and ability to drive long-term growth through customer focus, innovation, and creating a winning culture.”
Dean Metropoulos, director and former non-executive chairman of the board, said, “as we move into the next phase of the breakthrough merger that established Primo Brands, I believe now is the right time to step away as non-executive chairman.” Metropoulos will remain on the board.
Last week, Primo Brands broke ground on its first new manufacturing facility since its creation post-merger.
