Hain Celestial Makes Alison Lewis President and CEO, Removing Interim Tag

Lewis took on the interim president and CEO role in May of this year, and brings 35 years of CPG leadership experience to the role.

Hain Celestial Group Inc. has named Alison E. Lewis its president and chief executive officer, removing the interim tag she had held since May 2025, effective immediately. Lewis will also continue to serve as a member of the board of directors.

Hain’s board said it was “pleased with the bold moves she has already taken to reduce costs, the turnaround agenda she has put in place designed to drive margins and growth, and her focus on progressing the strategic review with Goldman Sachs,” the announcement noted.

Lewis has been a member of the Hain board of directors since September 2024, and is a 35-year CPG veteran. Between 2019 and August 2024, she was chief growth officer for Kimberly-Clark Corp. She previously served as chief marketing officer at Johnson & Johnson for six years, and before that, Lewis had been senior vice president and chief marketing officer, North America, for The Coca-Cola Co.
