Kristin Kaplan Named VP of Food Safety & Environmental Health at Post
Post Holdings in December named Kristin Kaplan vice president of food safety and environmental health.
She was Post’s associate general counsel of food regulatory, where she advised on quality, environmental health & safety and food safety, as well as on FDA and USDA regulatory matters and packaging and advertising regulations.
Previously, Kaplan was associate chief counsel at the FDA and earlier was a senior counsel at law firm Shook, Hardy & Bacon.
