Greg Pearson will be the new president and chief executive officer of Post Consumer Brands, according to an announcement from Post Holdings Inc.
Pearson takes over for Nicolas Catoggio, who has moved into the role of executive vice president, chief operating officer of Post Holdings as of January 2026. He brings 25 years of CPG experience to the role and will oversee the Consumer Brands business, which includes the North American branded and private-label ready-to-eat cereal and granola, pet food and nut butter product lines.
He most recently served as chief executive officer of Compana Pet Brands since January 2023, where he led optimization of the company’s supply chain, as well as transformation of its commercial strategy and product portfolios to achieve profitable growth. Prior to that, Pearson had been CEO of Pretzels Inc., which was sold to The Hershey Co. in 2021. He also brings prior experience having oversight of brand marketing, creative services, private brands and e-commerce product management for Chewy.com, and having led a portion of Conagra Brands’ private brands division.
