Hershey Names Newest President of U.S. Business

Heather Hoytink will join the company from PepsiCo, taking the reins of the confection and snacks maker’s U.S. business, a role that has been challenging to keep filled over the past year.

The Hershey Co. has found its new president of its U.S. business, having named Heather Hoytink to president, U.S., effective July 8, 2026. She takes on the role left open after the unexpected departure of Andrew Archambault, who left the company after serving for about two months in the position (and only a little more than a year with Hershey).

Hoytink brings more than 20 years of experience leading sales, operational and commercial divisions to her new post. She most recently served as senior vice president and chief commercial officer for PepsiCo’s U.S. Away From Home Beverages division. Previously, she had been president of the South Division for PepsiCo.

Leading Hershey’s U.S. business, Hoytink will have end-to-end accountability for and will lead execution across the entire snacking portfolio of confection, salty and protein — following the ONE Hershey commercial model instituted by CEO Kirk Tanner in February 2026. Hoytink worked for Tanner when he was at PepsiCo.
