According to an article on Philly.com, Chris Botticella, an executive at Thomas' English muffins, can't job hop to rival Hostess because he is "armed with the secret to the "nooks and crannies" in Thomas' English muffins."

No, seriously. The Philly.com article states that A U.S. district judge had already ruled he couldn't leave just yet. Thomas' parent company, Bimbo Bakeries, is concerned that Botticella might divulge company secrets. He is, after all, one of only seven people in the entire company that know exactly how the 'nooks and crannies' get into the Thomas' English Muffins.

Bimbo Bakeries has apparently sued to stop Botticella's move while Courts now figure out how to balance a company's right to guard its trade secrets against an employee's right to switch companies.

Apparently, Botticella won't be moving on just yet. The appeals court says Botticella can be banned from Hostess while the lawsuit plays out.
