BCD iLabs (www.bcdilabs.com) is a product development consulting service that specializes in AI. Over the course of his 24-year technology career, Vinay has held multiple roles, from Chief Technology Officer to Global Practice Head and Solution Architect. Before co-founding BCD iLabs, Vinary was global vice president of digital transformation and strategy at Ingredion Inc., focusing on both R&D and manufacturing transformation.

Alexia Ciarfella, co-founder of FlavorMind; formerly of Mondelez International

Before co-founding FlavorMind (www.flavormind.ai), Alexia was a senior scientist at Mondelez International, and there developed an artificial intelligence tool to optimize the recipe development process of a well-known cookie. Her team’s work on this generative AI tool led Mondelez to win the “Best of Business AI” award from Microsoft in 2021, as one of the top 10 global organizations expertly using AI as a catalyst for business innovation.
