Pepsi Redesigns Plastic Soda Bottle

July 3, 2013
Pepsi says redesigned PET bottle is the first bottle redesign in 16 years.

The first redesign of a Pepsi bottle in 16 years is hitting shelves this summer. Pepsi says the redesign of the 20-oz. PET bottle, the most widely sold single-serve package, is part of an effort to create a more cohesive look for the brand. The logo, which was redesigned in 2008, will not change. It could take a year or two to replace all the current bottles in the system.
