At the 2005 IFT Show, Edlong is introducing its selectable website database of flavors with documentation downloads and convenient sample ordering. The Vision line of flavors now has more than 100 cheese, butter and other milk-type profiles that are completely free of dairy protein.This year in New Orleans, Bistro Edlong is featuring a number of items that display the variety of the company's dairy flavors. Visitors to Booth # 4017 may sample Goat Cheese & Herb Crisps, Transfat Free Cheddar Snack Crackers, Creamy Bleu Bayou Dressing over Fresh Green Chiffonade, Sweet Potato Andouille Croquettes, Seafood Profiteroles (shrimp & scallops), Spicy Gator with Remoulade Sauce and, for dessert, Bananas Foster Pudding with Java Creme.
