Producing vegetable juices from fresh produce since the late 1920s, VJI makes its products from fresh produce that is never cooked or concentrated. The natural soluble proteins and carbohydrates act as a flavor enhancer to the total flavor of a food system.VJI juices are pasteurized and microbiologically clean for safety and extended shelf life.
