To register, a completed application (click here to download) along with a $100.00 registration fee must be submitted to the American Culinary Federation (ACF) post-marked by December 31. Applications should be mailed to Belinda Fieldhouse, ACF, 180 Center Place Way, St. Augustine, Fla. 32095. Faxed registrations will be accepted until close of business on December 31 at (904) 825-4758.Ten teams per region will be accepted on a first-come basis. If circumstances warrant, changes may be made to the team up to three weeks prior to the competition. All team members must be current paid ACF junior members.
