I don't know about you, but I could use a laugh....often. Maybe you could too.

Maybe you have untapped creativity. Maybe you're aspiring writer. Whatever the case, Food Processing wants to introduce you to our newest feature: The A-Maize-ing Adventures of Colonel Corn.

When we thought up Colonel Corn, we imagined him to be a swash-buckling hero that was equal parts General Patton and Indiana Jones. Each month, we'll feature him in a different predicament that we're hoping you can help us describe with comical, light-hearted captions

Here's how it works:

Submit your caption, via e-mail, for the cartoon that appears below. The winning caption will be featured on the FoodProcessing.com Web site and in the FoodProcessing.com eNewsletter. We won't be handing out physical prizes -- other than our admiration -- but we will make sure to give you proper credit for that month's caption.

So without further delay....We bring you the December installment of he A-Maize-ing Adventures of Colonel Corn

The WINNER IS:

"Call maintenance, looks like he is going to get stuck in the flow wrapper again."
