Are You Being Transparent with your Employees?

A recent Inc.com article reported the results of a recenty survey that found many employers are were increasing their efforts communicate company performance to employees, "to quell recession-related fears," the article said.

The poll, conducted by Virginia-based Watson Wyatt, found that of 92 employers, "77 percent said they already have or are planning to send out internal communication about the impact of the financial crisis."
