Cornell's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and its Institute for Food Safety are bringing in experts from the New York State Agriculture and Markets Food Safety and Dairy Division for a series of “Food Industry Virtual Office Hours” to answer COVID-19 questions.

Today’s session is open without registration but the following two sessions will require prior registration. Registration will allow participants to submit questions in advance to make sure they get addressed during the sessions.

All three feature Cornell professors Dr. Sam Alcaine, Dr. Olga Padilla-Zakour and Dr. Martin Wiedmann. New York state officials are expected to join them.

Joining requires opening a Zoom Meeting application (cornell.zoom.us/j/736487627?status=success) or for audio alone dial in on 877-369-0926 or 855-880-1246 (those are U.S.-only toll-free numbers). The meeting ID is 736 487 627.

Wednesday’s will begin at noon Eastern time, and Friday’s will begin at 8 a.m. Eastern.

Food Processing also is maintaining a coronavirus information hub here.
