PCA shipped questionable products before lab reports

In its initial investigation, FDA said Peanut Corp. of America waited for negative secondary lab reports before shipping products that initially tested positive for salmonella. In the past few days, FDA amended its initial report to say there is evidence the company shipped product even before secondary testing labeled it safe.
