PPM Technologies announces merger with Wright Machinery.

PPM Technologies, Inc., a leading supplier to the global food processing industry has announced its merger with Wright Machinery.

Wright Machinery, headquartered in Middlesex, England, is a leading global systems integrator providing advanced seasoning and coating systems, proportional feed systems and fully automated multi-pack systems. These technologies combined with PPM Technologies’ portfolio of thermal processing, product handling and packaging systems offer customers a comprehensive processing and packaging solution.

The combined company will benefit from a highly experienced management team, improved global supply chains, extended sales coverage and extensive knowledge in the food processing industry. Mark Eaton, Chief Executive Officer of PPM Technologies, will continue to lead the company and James Walsh, Chief Executive Officer of Wright Machinery, will become Chief Operating Officer.

Management of the combined company will include members from both organizations. Over the next several months the two companies will be executing integration plans to ensure a smooth transition.
