McCormick announces Gordon M. Stetz will become executive VP, CFO

McCormick announced Francis A. Contino, executive vice president - Strategic Planning and CFO will retire as of July 1, 2008. Gordon M. Stetz, who is currently vice president - Finance for the Companys European businesses, will take the position, effective Nov. 1, 2007.
Contino joined McCormick in June of 1998 as executive vice president and CFO and a member of the corporate board of directors. Prior to joining McCormick, he was managing partner at Ernst & Young.
Stetz joined McCormick in 1987. Prior to his appointment as CFO for the companys European operations, he served in a number of leadership positions within the Companys financial organization, including the role of CFO of the companys largest business unit, the U.S. Consumer Products Division, as well as other key roles in the Companys mergers and acquisitions and financial planning activities.
