Air-chilled chickens command a premium -- and willing buyers

Three US companies have changed to the air-chilling process -- Bell & Evans, MBA Poultry and Maverick Ranch Natural Meats. All three offer antibiotic-free birds that range freely and are fed a vegetarian diet.
