TreeHouse Foods is undergoing its second reorganization in four years.

TreeHouse Foods is undergoing its second reorganization in four years, and is bringing in an executive from J.M. Smucker to head one of the newly established divisions.

TreeHouse, which specializes in private-label foods, narrowed down its structure from three divisions to two: snacking & beverages, and meal preparation. This follows a 2016 reorganization that reduced divisions from five to three.

The snacking & beverages division includes products like bars, cookies, and powdered and ready-to-drink beverages. It will be headed by Kevin Jackson, hired from J.M. Smucker, where he headed the U.S. retail sales & North American away from home division. Jackson has worked in sales and marketing at Smucker for 17 years.

The meal preparation division’s products include pasta, cheese, dressings and sauces, and refrigerated dough. It will be headed by Mark Fleming, currently president of the baked goods division.

TreeHouse was No. 24 on Food Processing’s Top 100 list of food companies. It reported a loss of $61 million last year.
