Yooli Foods introduces two new concepts to the U.S. cultured dairy category. Both are based on traditional Eastern European products the company’s founder craved after moving to the U.S. The products start with farmer’s cheese, a soft white cheese with a mild, subtly sweet flavor.
The first concept is Yooli Farmer’s Cheese Bars. These fresh dairy snacks blend the cheese with coconut, strawberry or vanilla flavors and then enrobe it with a thin, crisp layer of dark chocolate. A 50g bar contains 110-130 calories, 4-7g fat and 6-7g protein, depending on flavor. They can be kept frozen and defrosted on the go or in a lunchbox, or just refrigerate them and enjoy cold.
Also new is Yooli Farmer’s Cheese Crème. Each 4.4-oz. cup combines farmer’s cheese with honey lemon zest, strawberry or vanilla flavors. The product resembles rich, thick and creamy Greek yogurt blended with smooth, creamy cottage cheese. A single-serve cup contains 170-190 calories, 3.5-4.5g fat, 12-19g sugar and a whopping 16-19g protein.
