Molly & drew's Cocktail-inspired Dip Mixes

Starting out selling beer bread mixes at craft shows and farmers’ markets, molly & drew quickly expanded into retail and mail order and grew the product line to include beer cake and dip mixes. For summer 2015, the company is introducing a line of cocktail-inspired dip mixes that are easily prepared by blending with cream cheese and whipped topping.

Varieties are: Amaretto Cherry, Appletini, Mojito, Pina Colada and Strawberry Daiquiri. Each dip comes with recipes and serving suggestions. For example, Pina Colada can be used as a base for ambrosia salad or simply served as a sweet dip with pretzels, vanilla wafers or fresh fruit. To jazz it up, the dip can be spiked with coconut rum.

In addition to the cocktail-inspired line, the company has added a number of chef-inspired sweet and savory mixes, including Berry Cinn-Full Pecan Cheese Ball, Coastal Crab Hot Dip, Parmesan Peppercorn Dip and Sweet Jalapeno Cheese Ball. All of the dip mixes sell for about $3.99.
