Hain Celestial, H.J. Heinz ink Linda McCartney brand deal

Hain Celestial Group Inc., a Melville, N.Y.-based manufacturer of organic foods, announced it has finally closed a deal to buy H.J. Heinz Co.'s Linda McCartney brand frozen vegetarian foods unit.
