Privately-held sauce maker, Food Service Specialties (Red Wing, Minnesota) is preparing to expand its private label pizza and pasta sauce manufacturing plant in Red Wing, Minn. To meet growing custom product demand, the company plans to add about 20,000 square feet of additional manufacturing and warehouse space to the existing 38,000 square foot facility, which is located about 40 miles southeast of Saint Paul.The project will increase finished product storage space, and the installation of a new production line is also included in the work.
