Kerry Ingredients & Flavours opens $50 million Innovation and Technical Centre in Beloit

Kerry, the global ingredients & flavours and consumer foods group,  inaugurated its  state-of-the-art Kerry Center in Beloit, Wisconsin on June 23 to spearhead customer product commercialisation into the future.

The new 250,0000 square foot innovation and commercial centre, completed at a cost of $50 million, was officially opened by Governor of Wisconsin Jim Doyle. Supporting Kerry’s ‘integrated approach’ to meeting customer-specific innovation requirements and product solutions in the American food and beverage industries, the Kerry Center will provide industry access to all Kerry ingredients and flavour technologies through dedicated customer application suites, culinary theatres, sensory services and customer application pilot production facilities.
