SK Food International not associated with SK Foods

Jan. 27, 2009

SK Food International, a privately-owned corporation located in Fargo, North Dakota, wishes to clear any confusion regarding association with SK Foods, a separate entity headquartered in Monterey, California, in light of recent legal issues involving SK Foods.

David Skyberg, SK Food International President explains, “It is understandable within our industry where our companies might be mistaken to be affiliated, due to our similar company names and that both companies are food ingredient suppliers. However, we are two separate entities, and SK Food International is not associated with SK Foods.”

SK Food International supplies a full line of Premium Quality Ingredients including Identity Preserved: Certified Organic and Conventional Non-GMO dry edible beans, grains, seeds, soybeans, brans/germs/fibers, flours/meals, vegetable oils, vinegars, sweeteners, rice products, split/dehulled soybeans and instant powders/flakes.
