The oil ingredient manufacturer invites food manufacturers to creative studio to see first-hand reformulation solutions.

On the heels of the FDA's announcement that partially hydrogenated oils are not generally recognized as safe, oil ingredient manufacturer IOI Loders Croklaan invites food manufacturers to its Creative Studio to reformulate applications with the firm's line of trans-fat-free solutions.

"We understand that everything from an application's label to the sensory experience it provides is crucial to the consumer and the brand, and we take care to maintain that integrity while eliminating PHOs with our non-GMO solutions," Gerald McNeill, PhD, Vice President of Research and Development at IOI Loders Croklaan, said.
