Wixon Awarded Superior Rating for Food Safety from the American Institute for Baking

Wixon, a manufacturer of seasonings, flavors, and ingredients for the food and beverage industry, was recently awarded a “Superior” rating for its Food Safety and Quality systems from AIB International (American Institute for Baking). “Superior” is the highest rating achievable by the AIB’s independent and comprehensive auditing system.
 
The AIB’s audit thoroughly evaluated Wixon’s quality system and food safety program.  The “Superior” designation is effective for one year.
  
AIB is a nonprofit corporation founded by the North American wholesale and retail baking industries in 1919 as a technology transfer center for bakers and food processors.  It is committed to protecting the safety of the food supply chain and delivering high-value technical and educational programs.
