Rochester Midland Announces Management Changes

The manufacturer of specialty chemicals for food sanitation announced the changes, which will be effective at the start of 2013.
Rochester Midland announced the following management changes effective January 1, 2013. Katherine C. Lindahl and H. Bradley Calkins have been named Co-CEO's, and Glenn A. Paynter, currently President, will become President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Newton Green, currently Senior Sustainability Engineer, has been named Vice President of Corporate Quality. Harlan D. Calkins, currently Chairman and CEO, will continue as Chairman, with principal activities related to balance sheet items, such as capital, Shareholder relations, acquisitions, and special projects.
