The Hinds-Bock tool-free spout includes a centerline adjustment feature, which makes changeover from one package to the other very quick. The operator simply slides the spout to the new centerline by pulling the lever and sliding the spout. The match-marked gauge takes the guesswork out of spout location.
The Hinds-Bock PLC control system uses an operator interface, which is recipe-driven, to change depositor settings by simply entering a recipe or SKU number into the operator interface. Product changeover time is greatly reduced by the simple entry of a recipe, eliminating the need to make multiple depositor adjustments.
