Campbell Cooper Promoted to New Leadership Role at Golden State Foods

Golden State Foods recently announced it promoted Campbell Cooper to the role of corporate vice president and president, International Business Group.

Golden State Foods recently announced it promoted Campbell Cooper to the role of corporate vice president and president, International Business Group. Cooper, who is based in Auckland, New Zealand, will continue direct the Irvine, Calif.-based foodservice company's international operations in Asia, Australia, Egypt, and New Zealand. A mainstay on Food Processing's Top 100 list, Golden State Foods supplies hamburger patties and other meat products to foodservice operators.

After joining Golden State Foods as group vice president, GSF Fresh! in 2018, Cooper played a pivotal role in the company's introduction into the Taiwanese market. He also spearheaded the firm's expansion in China and Australia as well. As president, international business group, he has overseen operations in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East since late 2019.

"With his keen focus on developing teams, supporting customers, and thinking strategically, Campbell brings great value to our organization and will certainly contribute meaningfully to our future endeavors as GSF's newest executive officer," said Brian Dick, GSF corporate executive vice president and chief operating officer.
