Unilever has expanded the role of chief marketing officer to include digital endeavors, and has promoted an executive to fill the role.
Conny Braams, who now is Unilever’s vice president for middle Europe, will become Unilever’s new chief digital and marketing officer. She is replacing Keith Weed, who is retiring after serving as marketing and communications officer for almost a decade. Braams’ promotion is effective Jan. 1.
In addition, Fabian Garcia, former CEO of Revlon, will become president of Unilever North America.
