Tony Sarsam Named CEO at Borden Dairy

Tony Sarsam is leaving the CEO job at packaged salad maker Ready Pac Foods Inc. to become CEO of Borden Dairy Co., Dallas.

After a storied history, Borden Dairy was acquired last July by Acon Investments LLC, one step away from its ownership by Mexican dairy Grupo Lala.

Earlier last year, Ready Pac was bought by French vegetable processor Bonduelle Group. Before Ready Pac, Sarsam was an executive with Nestle and PepsiCo.

Borden is primarily a fluid milk processor with 13 manufacturing plants in the U.S.
