William Toler Named President/CEO of Hostess Brands

Former president of Pinnacle Foods and AdvancePierre Foods succeeds C. Dean Metropoulos; Rich Seban was named vice chairman.

William Toler, formerly president of Pinnacle Foods and AdvancePierre Foods, in May was named president/CEO of Hostess Brands.

Operationally, he replaces C. Dean Metropoulos, whose investment firm Metropoulos & Co. bought most of the original Hostess snack brands in 2013 when the company was in bankruptcy reorganization. Metropoulos will remain chairman.

Rich Seban, who most recently was the Hostess president and COO, was named vice chairman.
