Snack Processor Bridgetown Natural Foods to Build Tennessee Plant

April 1, 2024
Portland, Ore.-based snack bar and granola snacks manufacturer’s new Lebanon, Tenn., facility will improve distribution to the East Coast.

According to an announcement shared by Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee’s office, snack bar and granola snacks processor Bridgetown Natural Foods will invest $78.3 million to build a manufacturing and distribution facility in Lebanon, Tenn. The facility will be the second for the Portland, Ore.-based company, the governor’s announcement stated.

The new plant will house multiple manufacturing lines, produce nearly 100 million pounds of the company’s all-natural, organic and gluten-free snacks annually, and shorten product distribution times to East Coast markets for the West Coast brand.

The expansion will create 219 new jobs when it opens, at which point Bridgetown will employ more than 600 people in its two facilities.
