High-level palletizer

Patty fill system
The Ultimate Patty Fill System is available on all of the company’s food forming machines. It is designed to improve bite, texture and mouthfeel. Patties can be formed in portions up to 1 in. thick and 10 oz. in weight. Patties that are formed using this system are assembled in interweaving strands to enhance heat transfer through the product, reducing cooking time and making the patties more uniform. 220 lbs. of robotic strength
A custom, sanitary robotic material system handles high-load bulk product and is especially suited for meat and poultry processors. It features a six-axis Stäubli robot with a maximum payload of 220 lbs. and a reach that extends up to 8.5 ft. The robotic bulk product handling arm can be mounted in a variety of orientations, including inverted.
