A new blue

New patented formulation technology allows spirulina extract colorant to remain temperature- and acid-stabilized in beverages. The Blue Beverage Solution can be used as a clean-label replacement for FD&C Blue No. 1 (Brilliant Blue FCF) in the majority of drink applications. It delivers a bright turquoise blue shade in acidified beverages, and can be combined with other concentrates to create navy blue, violet and green hues.
