With rigorous monitoring of the certification of raw materials, the company can now provide customers with single or multi-step coating systems, from pre-dusts to batters and a variety of bread crumbs.
Hydroblend, Inc. has maintained a superior rating from the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and offers Kosher and Halal certifications in addition to its organic certification, giving it a unique position in the industry.
The company said it began its certification process in 2003 in response to customer demand and experienced over a 100% increase in requests for organics in the past 12-18 months. Hydroblend says its expects double-digit growth in its organic line.
