New Findings on Dietary Folate May (or May Not) Be Good News

Taking 400 micrograms of folate, the daily recommended dietary allowance, may reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease, according to a new study, but the findings also underscore the growing confusion over the role that vitamins and other supplements play in health.
