Bay State Milling Co. has broken ground on a 4,000-sq.-ft. innovation center at its corporate headquarters in Quincy, Mass., and anticipates a grand opening in September. The Rothwell GrainEssentials Center is dedicated to Bernard Rothwell II, president of the company 1959-1987.
