Snack company Catalina Crunch has added three new executives to its leadership team designed to kick-start the company’s next phase of robust growth and strategic expansion of the brand’s retail presence, according to a release from the company.
Lauri Luker will be the new chief operating officer; Jim Duddleston will be the senior vice president of National Accounts and West; and Kristy Vigil will be the senior vice president of Natural Channel and East.
Luker most recently worked for Kellanova, where she executed the U.S. commercial strategy for Eggo and Morning Star Farms, and brings previous experience earned in senior roles at WhiteWave Foods and Amplify Snack Brands.
Duddleston joins Catalina after serving as senior vice president at Kind and had held the vice president of sales position at both Starbucks and Amplify Snack Brands prior to that. Vigil also worked for Kind, having previously served as senior vice president of sales there, but most recently worked as the senior vice president of retail sales at baby nutrition company ByHeart.
Catalina Crunch looks to further diversify its product portfolio through the rest of the year and venture into new markets, and it believes this trio of leaders will play a pivotal role in creating success in those endeavors.
