Kraft Heinz Co. promoted Alan Kleinerman to a new position as vice president and global head of innovation.

“In this new role, I will be leading Disruptive Innovation globally and leading an Innovation Center of Excellence across the enterprise,” he wrote on his LinkedIn page “I am incredibly proud of the work my team and I have been able to lead as part of transforming innovation in North America, and can't wait to expand that mission globally.”

You could say he’s been disruptive at Kraft Heinz. He appears to have joined the company in mid-2020 as marketing director and head of U.S. disruptive innovation. In October 2022 he became head of North America disruptive innovation. In late 2022 he was named a vice president of disruption and head of North America innovation and ventures.

Earlier he worked at Abbott, Mars and Reckitt Benckiser.
